2020.10.20 – Aiken County Council Speech on October 20, 2020.

This is the speech that Vicki Simons delivered to Aiken County Council during the Informal Meeting of the Whole.

Chairman Bunker and members of Aiken County Council, my name is Vicki Simons. I live in Mr. Napier’s district.

When it comes to my personal health care, when it comes to your personal health care, who decides what is right?

For centuries, each adult was responsible for his or her own personal health care — and parents were responsible for the health care of their children.

In our day, many people have turned over the responsibility of their health care to others.

One extremely wealthy man — who has no medical training — has bought his way into media and health care organizations to carry out his personal agenda.

But does “might” make “right”?

Or should those who have great wealth or influence be the ones who determine how we live our lives?

In March 2020, people from around the world were deliberately led into fear and panic by elected officials and others in positions of authority regarding a coronavirus — that the World Health Organization has now confirmed is no more deadly or dangerous than the seasonal flu.

The infection fatality rate is over 24 times LOWER than the WHO’s March 2020 figure, which was used to justify lockdowns and other draconian policies that violated our God-given rights.

The WHO stated on June 5, 2020, that there’s no direct evidence that universal masking of healthy people is an effective intervention against respiratory illnesses.

Our Founding Fathers believed in and gave us a system of government that underscored individual freedom and liberty.

Many people have forgotten that when God created man, He gave him an immune system.

People are free to weaken their immune systems — or strengthen them, to help them become more resistant to pathogens.

A law of the harvest states that we will reap what we sow.

Through our actions:
• We are sowing either faith or fear.
• We are sowing either wellness or illness.
• We are sowing either liberty or tyranny.

Galatians 5:1 states: “It was for freedom that Christ set us free; therefore keep standing firm and do not be subject again to a yoke of slavery.”

All men are created equal and we have been endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

Part of the South Carolina Constitution reads: “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures and unreasonable invasions of privacy shall not be violated.”

I am declaring tonight that
• the CDC and WHO have lied to the people,
• the elected officials and health care authorities who have instituted lockdowns and mandatory medical compliance, have hurt people far worse than any virus,
• we must resist all forms of medical tyranny (including mandatory vaccinations), and
• we must truly embrace freedom and liberty.

Most Americans are not taught what’s in the U.S. Constitution, nor are they aware of its limitations on government that have helped make America great.

Early next year, I plan to help lead a second multi-part Constitutional Workshop so that participants may learn what the Constitution says and means.

I will let you know when the workshop will be held.
